The Killing - Season 3
I tried to watch season one, but became really frustrated with AMC because at least on Directv the reception was shotty. The season also went around in circles and it just didn't feel like the plot had been planned out well. At the end of season one they still didn't have a killer. I did not watch season two. This season feels more planned and better written. Enos (World War Z) is a detective that is deeply flawed, but an excellent investigator. Swede Kinnamen (Girl With Dragon Tattoo) is a new detective in the first season, but has found his footing in this season. Koteas (The Thin Red Line) is her captain, Dillon (Flashpoint) is a guard at prison, Sarsgaard (Jarhead) is a death row inmate. This season homeless girls are missing and turning up dead. The man they thought was the killer and who is on death row might not be the killer. All in all, I say: SEE IT - it's gritty and real.
