Webb of Death

This is a Hulu tv series on how podcasters and other people online who aren't not detectives solve some famous crimes. All in all, I say: SEE IT

That 90s Show

It the same set and everything. On Netflix and no longer in the 70s. The grandchild come to spend the summer and meets friends. They tried to make it as good as the original with cameos, but it was pretty bad. All in all, I say: SKIP IT

Night Court

A remake of the original show starring Melissa Rauch (Big Bang). It's on Peacock, but not as good as I remember the original. I gave it about 3 episodes. All in all, I say: SKIP IT

Magpie Murders

A PBS mystery show where a present day detective kind of works along side a fiction detective. It's a creative ideas, but after a few episodes I just didn't care and got bored. All in all, I say: SKIP IT

The Pale Blue Eye

Christian Bale (Batman) stars as a detective who is called to a famous military academy to solve a suspicious suicide. There he meets Edgar Allen Poe. This is based on a book and is showing on Netflix. It has a twist I didn't see coming - tragic. It's dark and only a little predictable. All in all, I say: SEE IT

Ticket to Paradise

George Clooney and Julia Roberts from Ocean's are together again in this comedy. A divorced couple try to get along for their daughters fast and impromptu wedding. It was - as all movies where people do nothing but argue - annoying. All in all, I say: SKIP IT

The Rig

Emily Hampshire (Schitt's Creek) and Iain Glen (GoT0 star in the British supernatural tv series. A mysterious fog is rolling in as well as a giant tsunami. The oil rig workers come into contact with an alien under water that plans on wiping human life off earth to protect nature. It has a cliff hanger ending. On Amazon with an outstanding cast. It was just so strange. All in all, I say: SKIP IT

A Man Named Otto

Tom Hanks (Big) stars in this American film that is a twist on the Swedish book and movie about a widower who finds a new lease on life. All in all, I say: SEE IT

The Menu

Ralph Fiennes (Harry Potter) is a world famous chef that has created a one in a million opportunity for the wealthiest foodies in the world. It has, however, made him and his minions crazy. The design a meal where the end game is to kill everyone that attends the dinner and then to die themselves. It's horrific and disturbing. All in all, I say: SKIP IT

Harry & Meagan

The couple get to talk about and show videos/texts about their journey together from dating to current times. Good on them for using Netflix and a documentary style of story telling to let the world know what is was like for them. It was classy and I am team Harry for sure. All in all, I say: SEE IT

Mr. Harrigan's Phone

Donald Sutherland (MASH) stars as a very wealthy old man who hires a young man from the local community to read to him for money. They form a friendship after awhile and the man shares what his has learned with the young man. Upon the old man's death the boy is able to still "call" on him for advice and help. It is "evil" help however. Based on a Stephen King story and on Netflix. All in all, I say: SEE IT

Christmas with You

Freddie Prinze Jr (Scooby-Do) and Aimee Garcia (Dexter) star as a music teacher and a famous pop star. Together they write a new Christmas song and fall in love. It's on Netflix. All in all, I say: SEE IT

The Noel Diary

Justin Hartley (This is Us) is a writer who is going through his mother's things after she has died and trying to reconcile with his past. While he is on his journey, he helps a young woman on her journey to locate and learn more about her mother - having been given up for adoption. This is based on a book. All in all, I say: SEE IT

Three Wise Men and a Baby

A Hallmark movie using a lot of their regulars. Three brothers become closer and mend their relationship while taking care of a baby left at the local fire station. It was well written and better acting. It's going to be predictable and have a happy ending of course. All in all, I say: SEE IT

The Gay Deceivers

A 60s, 70s film that takes place in NYC during the draft for Vietnam. In order to avoid the draft and stay in college two men -friends - pretend to be gay. It causes all sorts of issues. It is supposed to be a funny film. All in all, I say: SKIP IT
