From an Alcott short story. A widow and her three kids struggle to make ends meet, but wait there just happens to be a wealthy grandmother. The eldest girl is in love, but writes stories and must see the world before she marries - sounds a little like Little Women. The mother is played by the actress on the Canadian show Murdock Mysteries. All in all, I say: SEE IT only if it ever comes on the Hallmark channel.
