Colin's character is a photographer. He and his best friend are in Kurdistan just before the beginning of the 1st war in Iraq. His friend is expecting a baby and decides to leave early. Until the end of the movie we think the 2 have parted ways. Colin's character comes back alone and wounded. His wounds are getting worse because of psychological problems. His wife, played by Spanglish actress Paz, asks her grandfather for help. He is well known for helping people with war trauma. It was unexpected and well done. All in all, I say: RENT IT. There are many graphic war scenes though.
