Priest

Based on a comic book. It's been a centuries old war between godless vampires and catholic humans. A group of humans - Priests - have strength and powers from god to help them fight vampires. The Bishops are clueless and tell themselves & others that the war is over and they are safe and not to question. To question the church is to question god. You get the picture - the priest has to go rougue to save millions of people and they do not thank him for it. Paul Betttany does a good job. The action is cool. I saw the 2D version. True Blood - Stephen Moyer makes an appearance, Maggie Q (Nikita: Season 1) does her martial arts thing, and Karl Urban (Red, Star Trek, Doom) plays the bad guy with his cool hat & voice. All in all, I say: SEE IT - 3D might be pretty cool and it looks like if it's popular enough there might be a sequel.
