A teen moves to a new town - a small town - where almost all the kids do drugs to pass the time. She gets bored and after an interesting English class decides to seduce her teachers. It works but he turns out to be a loser. She falls for a really wierd kid too - they have some dreams in common. In the meantime there is a serial killer on the lose.
