#2 in the series. 4 girls and 3 boys have decided to run away from the Alliance sleeper cells. The Alliance wants to use them against their parents to help win the war. The kids want to make it back home to Chicago fast. 2 Problems - their ID bracelets were taken and the Alliance is hot on their trail. They manage to get into the US and are seeking temporary refugee at an abandoned mall when an Alliance truck arrives. Will they capture the kids? All in all, I say: READ IT if you read the first.
