A poor soldier (Pattinson from twilight) returns from war determined to never be poor again. Three married women are his key to prosperity and happiness (Thurman from Kill Bill, Ricci from Sleepy Hollow, and Scott Thomas from Sarah's Key). He seduces them, ends up marrying and divorcing one of them, and ends the movie married to the daughter of one of them. He is constantly paranoid and scheming. The clothing is really cool in this. The women do a great job. Pattinson falls a little short in my opinion - I don't think he was ready to carry a period piece like this. All in all, I say: SKIP IT
