Savages

Oliver Stone as always tries to be deep, but falls a little short. Oliver Stone as always made the movie way, way too long. Blake Lively (Green Lantern) plays the girlfriend, Taylor Kitsch (John Carter) and Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass) plays the drug dealing boyfriends. The character and actors are good enough to carry this movie through a less than believable plot, but they aren't given the freedom to do so - another director should have been given this film. Supporting cast is also good and in a horrible movie that is saying a lot: Benicio Del Toro (Usual Suspects), John Travolta (Pulp Fiction), Demian Bichir (Weeds), and Salma Hayek (Desperado). All in all, I say: SKIP IT
