Crossing Lines

IMDb writes, "A special crime unit investigates serialized crimes that cross over European borders and to hunt down criminals to bring them to justice. A global FBI is born." That doesn't really do it justice. The ICC (International Criminal Court) uses this team to help catch the worst of the worst that don't care about country boundaries. Each character is from a different European country in hopes of easing tensions when the team is in that country. For example, one of the members is American. When they are hunting an American serial killer and the French detective shoots the killer it would cause some foreign affairs issues, but the America takes the credit for killing the American so it doesn't hurt French relations. Hopefully, that makes sense. Fichtner (Contact) is the once American cop who lives in Europe for personal reasons - I don't want to give anything away. Sutherland (Pride & Prejudice) is the ICC lawyer. British actor, Flood (Titanic: Blood and Steel) is an Irish cop on the team. Most everyone else is fairly inexperienced with this kind of television, so the pilot is a little rough around the edges as far as acting. The plot and idea are new and interesting. All in all, I say: SEE IT on tv.

Flood pictured above - is hot, hot, hot!
