Won't Back Down

IMDb writes, "Two determined mothers, one a teacher, look to transform their children's failing inner city school. Facing a powerful and entrenched bureaucracy, they risk everything to make a difference in the education and future of their children." It really does show how some unions have outlived their usefulness or at least add to the problem and not the solution of failing schools. Gyllenhaal (Secretary) and Davis (The Help) do an excellent job at portraying the 2 mothers. Hunter (Saving Grace) does a good job as one of the union leaders. Other actors: Perez (White Men Can't Jump), Isaac (Sucker Punch), Reddick (The Wire), Rhames (Mission Impossible), and Jean-Baptiste (Spy Game).  All in all, I say: WATCH IT on HBO
