Strong (Sherlock Holmes) is a cop. During the first episode he and another cop kill a man, dump him and his car in the water, and then find out later that the man they killed is wanted by Internal Affairs - he was a cop too. It was slow, irritating, and didn't seem to have a point. It also seemed cliche and too much like they were trying to imitate The Shield. All in all, I say: SKIP IT - I was bored to death and don't even want to give it another shot.
