Divergent

Done! I just spent 5 hours reading this masterpiece. It reminds me of Harry Potter crossed with Hunger Games crossed with Host. It's a quick read and it's not boring at any part. The end seems to happen to fast - I know the movie will help me visualize it better. Amazon summarizing the plot as, "In Beatrice Prior's dystopian Chicago, society is divided into five factions, each dedicated to the cultivation of a particular virtue—Candor (the honest), Abnegation (the selfless), Dauntless (the brave), Amity (the peaceful), and Erudite (the intelligent). On an appointed day of every year, all sixteen-year-olds must select the faction to which they will devote the rest of their lives. For Beatrice, the decision is between staying with her family and being who she really is—she can't have both. So she makes a choice that surprises everyone, including herself." All in all, I say: READ IT, but hurry you will want to finish before the movie comes out. I'm heading off in search of part 2.
