They hate each other at work, but they fall in love as strangers. Sullavan (The Mortal Storm) and Stewart (Vertigo) were a cute couple. IMDb writes, "Two employees at a gift shop can barely stand one another, without realizing that they're falling in love through the post as each other's anonymous pen pal." All in all, I say: SEE IT.
Hanks (Sleepless in Seattle) plays Stewart's part - he owns a large book chain similar to Borders called Fox Books. Ryan (Sleepless in Seattle) plays Sullavan's part - she owns a small children's book store that was opened by her mother. They have been exchanging emails, but don't know who they are in real life. All in all, I say: SEE IT after you see Shop Around. It was not popular, but I thought it was cute. Yes, they are both outdated as far as correspondence, but come on - it's the romance.
