Always A Bridesmaid

An HBO documentary on marriage from the point of view of a single videographer in New York. She is desperate to be married, but she's in a relationship with a younger man who is not ready. The scenes where she is pressuring him and basically whining are painful to watch. The scenes where she is interviewing older women who never married or married late in life and good. If you do watch this, I am the next to last old lady she interviews. There is a TED ed video on the history of marriage that would complement this film as well. All in all, I say: SKIP IT - unless you are a single lady.
