The Counselor
Cormac McCarthy (No Country for Old Men) wrote something that is too complicated for any normal human being to follow. Basically, everyone is bad - there wasn't really any good characters. It was a jumbled mess - there are tangents that have nothing to do with anything. There are monologues that make no sense - too philosophical for me I guess. The whole thing seemed pointless - everyone gets hurt except for one character & not the one you want to survive. Fassbender (Inglourious Basterds), Pitt (Inglourious Basterds), Cruz (Vicky Cristina Barcelona), Bardem (Vicky Cristina Barcelona), Diaz (Sex Tape), Perez (White Men Can't Jump), and Blades (Safe House). All in all, I say: SKIP IT
