Girl on the Train

It is written from the point of view of the 3 main female characters in short snippets. It's a quick read. If you pay close attention you can piece together who the killer is a little less than half way through the book. The main character, Rachel, is an alcoholic which makes piecing together the mystery difficult. The other, Anna, is Rachel's ex-husband's new wife. The last, Megan, the the murdered woman. It a decently written book. All in all, I say: READ IT first before you see the movie. If you don't plan on seeing the movie and don't care for mysteries - SKIP IT - it's not the best book ever. It's no Harry Potter.
