Classroom Assessment for Student Learning

I got this to review because it was a focus at Richards MS last year - I have transferred there. It explains to teachers why they should assess and how they can assess. It also explains the kinds of assessments and provides examples and criteria for creating assessments. All in all, I say: READ IT - if you're a teacher. Too often - me included sometimes - we don't do frequent enough formative assessments to help differentiate and review content.
