I have the first printing of this because Kozaitis was my sociology teacher at Georgia State University. I love, love this book. It is perfect for someone that wants to understand multiculturalism - what it is and how it affects us - as an educator I have found it useful to read again. All in all, I say: READ IT - open you mind.
