A very quick read - if you're like me and skip all the personal stories that were used to fill the book out, but aren't really necessary to get the point across. The only problem is you can't buy just one purple band - the least you can buy is like 10. I underlined some stuff I thought was really good and lent it to my roommate. My boss is the one who recommended it to the entire staff. All in all, I say: READ IT
