Kubrick (2001 Space Odyssey) takes Stephen King's novel to the big screen. I got to see it on the big screen - the unedited version. The opening credits which I have never seen before - awesome, The music - which you rarely get the full effect of on TV - eerie. The acting - which you forget is kind of bad. Some scenes you never will see on tv - disturbing. Got to say - very scary. All in all, I say: SEE IT - if you haven't in awhile - in its entirety.
