Westworld

Written and directed by the author of Jurassic Park - Crichton.  IMDb writes, "In 1983, a robot malfunction creates havoc and terror for unsuspecting vacationers at a futuristic, adult-themed amusement park.". All in all, I say: SEE IT, but don't think it is anything like the new series. Brynner (King & I) stars as the bad robot.

Nolan, writer of Memento, thought this up. He took an interesting idea that Crichton had and is going to take it way beyond any of us could imagine. The bad guy is multiple people alive & not so alive. There is so much more going on behind the scenes. Wood (Into the Forest), Marsden (Shock & Awe), Sarafyan (Me Him Her), and Newton (The Slap) are the robots. Hopkins (Thor), Wright (Friday's Child), and Hemsworth (Kill Me Three Times) are humans behind the park. Harris (GeoStorm) is the man in black, but he isn't what Brynner was. All in all, I say: SEE IT
