It must be an independent film because it never came out in theatres here. I'm not surprised though it wasn't very good. Driver (Tarzan) and Renner (Avengers) do an excellent job acting in it - it's just everything else. The script, the editing, the plot - it was...annoying, He is desperate to get money to pay off a gambling debt kidnaps her kid in order to get out of a robbery gone bad. He crashed his car and the kid dies. He's on death row and she forgives him. All in all, I say: SKIP IT
