Julie Taymor (Titus) directs this film that was the blood, sweat, and tears - the project of Salma Hayek (Desperado). She used all her connections and her friends to help get this made. She also had a part of her then husband Edward Norton (Death to Smoochy). Hayek played Frida. Alfred Molina (Spider-Man 2) played Diego. Her friends: Antonio Banderas (Desperado), Mia Maestro (Scandal), Valeria Golino (Rain Man), Saffron Burrows (Mozart in the Jungle), and Diego Luna (The Terminal) also star. I was interested in the biography of Frida, so I enjoyed the movie. All in all, I say: SEE IT
