A good movie to rent. Based on the true story of the comedy Kumail Nanjiani (Silicon Valley) met his wife. He stars as himself. Zoe Kazan (Ruby Sparks) plays his wife, Holly Hunter (Saving Grace) plays her mother, Ray Romano (Everybody Loves Raymond) plays her father, and Adeel Akhtar (Pan) plays his brother. It is simple and sweet and felt real. A Pakistani going against his family in his career and his love life. My favorite was the actor that played his dad, Anupam Kher from Bend it Like Beckham - he's an Indian playing a Pakistani - did anyone out there catch that?! All in all, I say: RENT IT - I did on Directv.
