Jackie Chan - the action hero, who does his own stunts has not lost his touch. He plays an older ex-military man who wants revenge for the death of the only family member he had left in the world - his youngest daughter. Pierce Brosnon (Bond films) is an Northern Irish politician who is pressured to find the culprits. The plot is slightly more complicated than it needed to be. It would have been just as good with a simpler plot and more action scenes with Chan. All in all, I say: RENT IT if you like Chan's films.
