Based on the long lasting tv show of lifeguards that solve crime and help people learn lessons and not just on the beach. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson (Ballers) leads his group to find out who is moving drugs on the beach. It's supposed to be a comedy, but I didn't laugh once. It's not my kind of movie, but it was on and I was just in bed getting over a headache. All in all, I say: SKIP IT
