The now grown child of a serial killer comes back into law enforcement in order to help an agent find her father's victims. As a child she was used a decoy to lure women into her father's trap. It a decent read, and pretty well written. She had me interested until the last two or so chapters. I would have prefered a different ending. It wasn't bad for a quick, free Kindle read though.
