On Disney +, this follows the end of the last Avenger film. Anthony Mackie (Falcon from Avengers) has given up Captain America's shield to the Smithsonian only to have the government turn around and give it to someone else - not worthy. Sebastian Stan (Winter Soldier from Avengers) is trying to make up for all his misdeeds when he was with Hydra. The 2 are trying to figure out how to stop a group of "super soldier" terrorists. The action is good - the rest is kind of blah. All in all, I say: SEE IT if you are a Marvel fan.
