On Hulu, this movie is based on the real life of Billie Holiday and the pressure the government put upon her every time she sang the song, "Strange Fruit" about a hanging. It includes her abusive relationships and her drug use. It was difficult to get through. I preferred not knowing about the dark side of her life. All in all, I say: SKIP IT
