I tell you what - the 80s was just an amazing time for music and movies. This was so different from anything else at the time it was released. Chris Columbus (The Goonies) wrote this - I love this guy. Cates (Fast Times at Ridgemont High) is the girlfriend. I miss her - ever since she got married - it's like poof! All in all, I say: SEE IT - A christmas movie?! Yes, it is.
