This was a French film I got to see at Tara - ages ago. It was simple and really well done. IMDb writes, "On Christmas Eve during world War I, the Germans, French, and Scottish fraternize and get to know the men who live on the opposite side of a brutal war, in what became a true lesson of humanity." German Krugar (Inglorious Bastards), German Furmann (In Darkness), Scot Lewis (Billy Elliot), and Spaniard Bruhl (Inglorious Bastards) all appear. All in all, I say: SEE IT - if you like historical dramas with a holiday twist.
