Ford (Murphy Brown) wants to surprise her daughter in Boston for the Holidays. Her daughter went to Arizona with her boyfriend and Ford can't go back to Connecticut because she switched houses. Canadian actor Cavanagh (Ed) is a professor that goes to Connecticut to work on his book; his brother's idea (Canadian actor Bellows from Ally McBeal). Ford's friend doesn't know the plan and goes to stay with her friend since her daughter isn't planning on coming home for the holidays. So, you get it I think - both couples fall in love. All in all, I say: SEE IT
