Justin Kirk (Weeds) is a wealthy technological savant. His best friend is murdered and he decides to take over one precinct in hopes of making policing state of the art. Natalie Martinez (Death Race) is the one cop that connects with him and is willing to give his way a chance. All in all, I say: SEE IT - so far just the pilot but I like it.
