A reviewer on Amazon summed up what I was thinking perfectly. This is a comic I decided to get not only because it was on sale, but also because it's Sherlock - well kind of. "If it wasn't for the twist ending there'd be nothing extraordinary about this book. The addition of the Cthulhu mythos is barely a factor; more like flavorless garnish on a boiled potato meal. If this product didn't have Gaimen's name on the cover I seriously doubt it would receive the ratings it has received. Cult of celebrity affords a significant berth of forgiveness I guess."
