Edward Norton (Isle of Dogs) writes, directs, and acts in this film noir wanna be movie about a guy with Tourettes. Bruce Willis (Die Hard), Alec Baldwin (Rust), and Willem Dafoe (Siberia) also star. Norton's mentor is killed and he works to uncover the reason. It has to do with property and progress. It's not bad, but it's not great. It gets a little convoluted. Why he bad guys kill some people, but not others is never really clear. All in all, I say: SKIP IT
